Update: Coffeehouse Investor Portfolio January 2019
Rules-Based Strategy Update: Coffeehouse Investor Portfolio Strategy January 2019
Here is this month’s Coffeehouse Investor Portfolio update. In each of these posts for the strategies tracked on the site, I let reader’s know how the strategy has performed in a portfolio I simulate. The simulation is set up just like anyone would run it; I simple make the buys and/or sells each month and track it in a Morningstar portfolio.
The Coffeehouse investor portfolio strategy is based off of the book, “The Coffeehouse Investor: How to Build Wealth, Ignore Wall Street, and Get On with Your Life.”
You can continue to see the progress results of this system by subscribing to the Robotic Investing newsletter. I will email you whenever a new post goes live, including all of the strategy updates I track on the site.

Strategy Tracking & Performance: Coffeehouse Investor Portfolio Strategy
Here is the portfolio tracker and performance chart for the Coffeehouse Investor portfolio strategy. I use the Morningstar Portfolio Tracker to track all the systems at Robotic Investing.
Each of the portfolios tracked use a hypothetical $50,000 starting value. This portfolio was started on July 2nd, 2018.
Note: When reviewing the performance chart, compare only the Total Return to the Index return. The personal return is inaccurate due to how Morningstar handles cash.
I update all of the strategies at Robotic Investing on a monthly basis. If you want to get notified when each strategy is updated, then please consider subscribing to my newsletter. You will only receive emails when posts have been updated.
